Louth Concert Busses – Terms & Conditions

By booking a seat with Louth Concert Busses (part of S. Bowhan Ltd) you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Tickets are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded for any reason.
2. Tickets are non-transferable. Tickets cannot be transferred to another event, date or person.
3. Full payment is required to secure your booking. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
4. No food or alcohol is permitted on board any vehicle.
5. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on board.
6. Passengers must behave respectfully at all times. Any passenger who is abusive, intoxicated, disruptive, causes damage, or engages in inappropriate behaviour may be removed from the bus without refund.
7. No unnecessary stops will be made during the journey. The coach will only stop at the advertised pick-up points and any scheduled comfort stop(s), if stated.
8. Passengers must arrive at their chosen pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the advertised departure time. The bus cannot wait for late arrivals, and no refunds will be given.
9. Return departure times will be advised by the driver on the day. It is the passenger’s responsibility to be back at the coach on time. The coach cannot delay departure for late passengers.
10. Louth Concert Busses / S. Bowhan Ltd accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of passengers’ personal belongings.
11. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles where necessary due to operational requirements.
12. While every effort will be made to operate services as advertised, Louth Concert Busses / S. Bowhan Ltd accepts no liability for delays caused by traffic, road closures, accidents, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
13. Passengers travel entirely at their own risk. S. Bowhan Ltd's liability is limited to that required under applicable Irish law and its insurance policies.
